Job tasks and duties
You work in an office and answer the phone. You try to accommodate the wishes of the callers in the schedule of the day on which they want to be transported. You take travel times into account. You consult with the people whether they would also benefit from an earlier or later departure.
Job skills and qualities
Affection for the elderly, good listening skills and good hearing. Familiarity with computer is recommended but can be learned.
