Job tasks and duties
Taking telephone requests for transport for the elderly (55+) and disabled and recording them in the computer. At the end of the shift, mail trip statements to drivers for the next day.
Job skills and qualities
Affection for the elderly, good listening skills and good hearing. Familiarity with computer is recommended but can be learned.
