Job tasks and duties
Many volunteers work in Groningen and are active in all kinds of fields. To provide all volunteers with the most up-to-date information and to bring volunteer work into focus, there is the volunteer editorial team. They bring news, events and volunteer work into focus through interviews, photo reports and videos. The editorial team is looking for an addition to the team in the form of a journalist/writer. Are you good at writing and do you get energy from interviewing? Then we are looking for you!
Minimum education level: havo/vwo
Job skills and qualities
- You have experience in interviewing and writing.
- You write about what is going on in the field of welfare, care, participation and, of course, about the many fun (non-commercial) activities in the Groningen municipality.
- You interview volunteers and independently write an article about them, which is published on the Link050 website and/or in a newsletter.
- You work closely with your colleagues within the editorial team.
- You are not afraid to make (and maintain) contact.
- You are representative and have good oral skills.
- You enjoy writing, have a `smooth pen' and are open to feedback to further develop your writing skills.
Extra information
The aim of the editors is to give visitors to the link050 website an idea of the full breadth and content of volunteer work in Groningen. By showing that it is often rewarding, educational and fun to volunteer for a large or smaller organisation, we hope to get more Groningers excited about volunteering.
