Job tasks and duties
SailWise seeks volunteers who can take a splash To make holidays possible for people with disabilities, we seek enthusiastic volunteers during all individual trips (and group bookings at Robinson Crusoe).
We offer:

Job skills and qualities
Volunteering involves assisting with daily care, accompanying people, doing household chores and supporting with water sports activities.
In addition to these volunteers, we are specifically looking for volunteers with a nursing background and volunteers with sailing experience. Experience in accompanying people with disabilities is not necessary. Before you start as a volunteer, you will follow an induction programme.

SailWise offers active and challenging water sports holidays for people with disabilities or chronic illnesses. The SailWise team does this in cooperation with volunteers from three different accommodations: the two-masted clipper Lutgerdina, the catamaran Beatrix and the water sports island Robinson Crusoe.
