Wijkoverleg Vinkhuizen is the residents' organisation for the Vinkhuizen neighbourhood and has the following goals:
- represent the interests of all residents of Vinkhuizen to government organisations
- to promote neighbourhood cohesion by supporting community and neighbourhood activities
- informing residents with news and plans relating to Vinkhuizen .
This position offers you involvement in the neighbourhood and insight into what the residents' needs are. In addition, it is fun to help decide on the applications received.
Job tasks and duties
2 Times a year, residents' initiatives can apply to the neighbourhood fund for budget of up to €500 each time. This will be in April and October. For each round, we ask at least 5 volunteers from the neighbourhood to help decide whether the applications meet the requirements and/or are feasible. In addition, if there are too many applications, choices will have to be made.
If you apply, we may ask you if you want to help decide. This will therefore be a maximum of twice a year. This can of course also be combined with the other committees for which we are looking for volunteers.
