Job tasks and duties
As a volunteer in the logistics team, you play an important role in our (emergency) response in the Northern Netherlands region. Together with colleagues, you will ensure that all material is ready and arrives at the right place. Your work will be varied and will include:
- Driving our logistics van or passenger bus (PAM) with materials.
- Dispensing and collecting first aid materials and Red Cross clothing.
- Stock management in the warehouse.
- Scheduling and executing trips independently.
- Safe loading and unloading of materials.
- Construction and dismantling of First Aid posts at events.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
- You have a driving licence B.
- You can be present on Tuesday evenings for at least 2 hours.
- You can handle a PC and smartphone well.
- You are physically fit (lifting and walking is not a problem for you).
- We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers and are not guided by cultural background, gender identity, religion, orientation or age.
