We as Cosis make soup for Westerholm's staff with the clients in Westerholm's communal kitchen. We also do work in the restaurant and support in preparing activities organised from Westerholm. We have set up work-learning paths for the people with disabilities so they can train in the kitchen and restaurant. As a volunteer, you support us in the kitchen and you can help with the training sessions.
Job tasks and duties
- You will work in a unique workplace at a location in Haren.
- You work together with clients and supervisors from Cosis in the kitchen and restaurant of care centre Westerholm.
- Clients work here enthusiastically in the middle of society.
- Service Westerholm is a workplace where clients can maintain their skills or further develop them through learning programmes we offer.
- We offer mileage reimbursement and opportunities for fun courses.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
We are looking for people who enjoy working in the kitchen together with people with a (mental) disability.
Are you enthusiastic and can you motivate others? If so, we would like to talk to you to see what we can do for each other.
Cooperation and team-building are paramount to us, everyone is equal and equally important.
Extra information
For rhythm and structure, it is important that you choose 1 fixed day(part) to work with us. Working hours 9:15 - 16:00 (or several days a week), preferably in the morning in connection with making the soup.
