Job tasks and duties
- Taking care of incoming as well as outgoing mail.
- Taking minutes during meetings.
- Preparing and sending agendas for meetings
- Maintaining contact with members, other volunteers and external organisations, including preparing newsletters.
- Maintaining membership records.
Minimum education level: havo/vwo
Job skills and qualities
Has knowledge and affinity with automation and adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks and respond to changing circumstances.
Empathy and understanding of the needs of older people, and ability to build good relationships with members. Be able to work as part of a team.
Extra information
[1] The newsletter can also be carried out by non-board members, but under the auspices of the board.
[2] Here too, the same applies as the newsletter, these are not specific board tasks.
