What does The Happy Soil Foundation do? Daily garden maintenance and cultivation is carried out by two experienced gardeners. The foundation focuses on: The physical and organisational establishment of the garden. Keeping the project financially healthy. Building and connecting an engaged community of volunteers, harvest participants and visitors. Developing creative and educational ways to communicate our project and vision.

The foundation was created to give the project to the community and can remain (be) separate from the gardeners. Sustainability and connection in the broadest sense are current topics within the foundation. Do you have a warm (green) heart for our approach and goals and would you like to contribute yourself? We are looking for a secretary to support the foundation! The job content is open for discussion but basically includes taking minutes of meetings and contributing ideas and decisions for the further construction and growth of the garden. As a board, we meet with the gardeners once a month at an agreed time. We discuss how everything is going and make plans for further growth. By agreement, these meetings are also regularly open to the volunteers and participants to consult with each other in short lines.
