Job tasks and duties
- Creating a cosy, familiar and safe atmosphere in which parents and children (0-4 years) feel at ease.
- Functioning as a point of contact for parents and children visiting the Living Room.
- Think about and support themes and activities. For example, reading aloud, doing crafts or making music.
- Inform parents about the activities organised in the Living Room. For example via social media.
- Promote and stimulate encounters.
- Ensure the privacy of parents and children.
- Providing coffee and tea.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Living Room.
Job skills and qualities
- You have an affinity with parents and young children (0-4 years).
- You are welcoming and socially adept.
- You are a good listener and have an open attitude.
- You have integrity: good ability to handle confidential information.
- You are a strong person.
- You have good digital skills (social media).
- You master the Dutch language.
- If you speak Arabic, that is an advantage.
