Pit59 is a day care centre for people with noncongenital brain injuries. Under supervision, these people can work here on woodworking, car repair and metalwork. But they have also come to the right place at Pit59 for handicraft activities such as drawing, painting and textiles.
Job tasks and duties
Our clients are picked up by us from their homes in the morning and brought back home around 15:00. For these rides, we are looking for one or more drivers to help with this. A car for this is available at the location. The rides are on Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. Of course, this can be filled by several volunteers, so even if your availability is limited, you are most welcome! If you would like to help out at the location itself in addition to driving, there are plenty of opportunities for that too.
Job skills and qualities
The main thing is that you have a valid driving licence and enjoy a friendly chat.
