SchuldHulpMaatje Groningen is looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to develop our LinkedIn page and create inspiring content!
Many people struggle with their administration and finances. They can no longer manage on their own and get into debt. We notice an increasing demand from employees who cannot make ends meet (anymore). Asking for an advance, extra hours or overtime, wage garnishments, private phone calls during working hours or sickness absence. These are signs that may indicate financial problems among employees. A lot of people with money worries find it difficult to talk about them. While they could benefit a lot from a conversation. Maybe for a listening ear, but maybe also for help with money worries. The goal of a debt relief buddy is to help people with debts regain control over their finances in a people-oriented and goal-oriented way.
DebtHulpMaatje Groningen wants to use a LinkedIn page to inform employers and SMEs about how to identify, find, reach and support employees with money worries.
Job tasks and duties
As a volunteer, you will work with our team to:
- Build a strong LinkedIn page that makes our mission and impact visible.
- Develop content that encourages employers and SMEs to support employees with money worries.
- Sharing tips, stories and practical information that helps employers make financial problems negotiable in the workplace.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
- Enthusiasm for social media, marketing or communications.
- Creativity and a fluent pen for creating engaging posts.
- Affection with the mission of Schuldhulpmaatje and an understanding of the challenges faced by people with money worries.
- Availability of a few hours per week, flexible scheduling.
