Interesting about this job
You visit this family on a weekly basis. Although the little boy (8 years old) speaks poor Dutch, that doesn't stop him from making contact. It is a warm family. And a sociable and talkative little guy. The parents themselves do not speak enough Dutch to support him. Mother is at home. Father sometimes when it would be later in the day. Sister is also at home. She would like to join in. She is still very young and won't be 4 until 2025. So if she can join in a bit playfully, that will be nice.
Job tasks and duties
You talk and connect it with bloke. It's nice if you can deal with an energetic and enthusiastic lad. You can enjoy playing games and talking to him. Reading will have to be playful. You will first meet volunteer coordinator Okkie. You will then get to know each other. Afterwards, we will remain available at a distance to help you think things through. We also offer you an introductory meeting, online training and fun meetings throughout the year with reading volunteers.
Minimum education level: hbo/wo
Job skills and qualities
You must speak Dutch and be able to read aloud and feel like helping a child with this.
