Buurten bij Bernlef is a neighbourhood restaurant in the Paddepoel district (Groningen). Led by professional chefs, (mainly) local residents work in this neighbourhood restaurant. More than 90 local residents eat in the restaurant every day. The restaurant is also a meeting place in the neighbourhood and is available for activities.

Extra information
We check during an introductory meeting what the volunteer likes and wants to grow towards; what is the situation he or she is in and what is needed for a personal step. We are looking for someone in a volunteer who, after a short familiarisation period, will quickly be able to work independently and strengthen the team.
If there does turn out to be too much guidance demand, we look for pathway funding needed to pay for the extra guidance from.
