Events officer

As an event officer, you will work with the team to organise both small-scale and large events. You will play a key role in the creative process by engaging with artists and other stakeholders to transform their ideas into inspiring and vibrant events. With your eye for detail and creativity, you make sure the events are visually appealing and atmospheric, while also thinking about engaging different target groups. You work results-oriented and know how to adjust where necessary to ensure the success of each event.

• You have an affinity with art and culture, and enjoy thinking about creative concepts.
• You have organisational skills and know how to keep several balls in the air at once.
• You are communicatively strong and know how to communicate ideas clearly to various parties involved.
• You have experience or interest in enhancing PR and communication around these events.
• You are keen to contribute to the preservation and strengthening of Hortus Haren;
