Job tasks and duties
The request from this elderly lady (68) and her family is actually quite simple: going to the shop or supermarket with a buddy, just a walk around the block, that's the main thing. Maybe a cup of coffee and a chat in the flat - although she is not much of a talker. Ms is mentally and physically frail, and comes across as older than she is. She has family around her who visit with regularity and do a lot for her. Still, it would give the family some peace of mind if a volunteer also visited from time to time, who has the time and attention to go out with this lady.
