Job tasks and duties
At link050, you make sure visitors feel seen and heard. People can come to us for information and support in the field of volunteering, civic initiatives, participation processes and the creation of beautiful initiatives. We believe in connecting and are the point of contact for organisations.
- As a location assistant, you will receive visitors and answer many different questions.
- You will inform and advise visitors who have questions about volunteering and participation.
- Using the job bank, you will help people find a suitable volunteer spot or refer them on.
- In addition, you are actively involved in keeping the job bank and the registered organisations up to date.
- After an introductory period, it is also possible to go on organisational visits.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
- You have good social skills and interact easily with people.
- You enjoy receiving customers and being a point of contact.
- You can work well independently and cooperate with colleagues.
- You can pick up things quickly and absorb information.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- You have good computer skills (including the Office Package) and are not afraid to make phone calls.
Extra information
You may attend courses and workshops provided by Ontwikkellink free of charge.
The afternoon shift is from 13:00-17:00.
