Job tasks and duties
You guide entrepreneurs through an assistance programme via Over Rood. The objective of each programme is for the client to work on solving their problems and working towards a financially healthy future. However, no two processes are the same. Sometimes the request for help is purely financial-administrative, while other entrepreneurs need support in the area of business operations. You share your knowledge and experience with your client and help him get structure and overview in his business operations. You help with difficult choices. You are a sparring partner and offer a listening ear. You get entrepreneurs out of a negative spiral and help them get back on track. On average, you will assist 5 to 10 clients per year, with a time commitment of about 4 hours per week.
Minimum education level: hbo/wo
Job skills and qualities
Do you recognise yourself in the profile of a pathway manager at Over Rood?
- You have knowledge and extensive experience as an independent entrepreneur, director, operations manager or business leader. Experience with debt issues is a plus.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience and find it a challenge to empower people.
- You have knowledge of and experience in managing/coaching/directing (groups of) people.
- You are empathetic and can empathise well with the client's issues, mental situation and life circumstances, without getting emotionally involved. You have the understanding and patience and adapt to the client's pace.
- You have hbo/university working and thinking level and mastery of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
