Every Thursday afternoon, children aged 4 to 8 come to Playground the Monkey Cage to take part in fun and educational activities around a theme. These include "We go camping", "Mini explorers", "Superheroes", "Safe traffic" and "Adventures with picture books". We do crafts, games, cooking, carpentry and much more!
We offer a fun and challenging volunteer position, where you will supervise children together with a small team. You will receive a volunteer contract and remuneration. You can develop yourself by taking part in training courses.
Job tasks and duties
Are you enthusiastic and love working with children? Then we are looking for you!
Practical information:
- Number of children: A maximum of 14 children per afternoon.
- Times: You will be available every Thursday from 1pm to 4.45pm. Children come from 2.15pm to 3.45pm.
- Location: Playground the Monkey Cage, WIJ Vinkhuizen.
Job skills and qualities
- You are enthusiastic about working with children.
- You can work well with other volunteers and the children's worker.
- You are creative and patient and enjoy actively participating in different activities.
