Job skills and qualities
This is what we are looking for in you
You are good at putting yourself in others' shoes and identifying what is important to most clients. You are good at talking about everything and have an interest in the many facets of psychiatry. You are pleasantly critical, sharp, constructive and have a social disposition.
You enjoy analysing (sometimes complicated) texts for points of interest to fellow clients. You also handle confidential information well. We expect an active attitude from our members. You obviously take your own personal experiences at Lentis into consideration, but as a member of the central client council you mainly stand up for the general interests of all Lentis clients."

What is the difference between a Central Client Council (CCR) and a Client Council (CR) / Committee (Cie.)?
For the CCR, the Board of Directors is the main interlocutor and for this we gather input from the underlying client councils and committees. We mainly deal with matters at the policy level. As a member of a client council/committee, you have more direct contact with clients (e.g. through ward visits) and communicate important information with the Central Client Council.)
