Job tasks and duties
As treasurer, you are ultimately responsible for our budget of 10,000 euros, with about 160 bookings per year. Within the board, as treasurer you mainly have the role of financial expert.
- You will make payments, process declarations and make the occasional invoice.
- You are ultimately responsible for the bookkeeping (in Excel). If necessary, it is possible to be supported in this by a volunteer.
- You are responsible for the budget and financial policy.
- You participate well prepared in the board meeting held once a month via Zoom.
Job skills and qualities
- You have experience in finance and can work accurately.
- You can prepare financial statements and budgets and keep accounts.
- You have experience in coordination or management and can work independently.
- You are good at communicating functionally, orally, via email and whatsapp.
- Affinance with autism is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement for this position. However, it is important that you agree with the mission and vision of Autisme Digitaal.
