Job tasks and duties
Between the beautiful farmlands of the Groningse Hogeland you will find Innersdijk residential care centre. Innersdijk offers housing, care and well-being for elderly people who can no longer live independently at home due to physical or mental complaints. There is always something to do in Innersdijk. You enter the building in the entrance hall, where you will find numerous facilities. There is a brasserie, a hairdresser's salon and an activity room. In the brasserie, you can sit together for a bite to eat and a drink.
Innersdijk has four wards, named after the old borgen of Groningen. The Ripperdaborg provides care for residents with chronic physical complaints. The Hankemaborg, Menkemaborg and Ennemaborg provide care for residents with advanced dementia. Each home has a communal living room where you can meet.

Duties: assist the staff in the group
- helping with breakfast and midday meals, table setting and tidying up
- tidying laundry, making beds sweeping and mopping the floor
