For our annual Cuddle Week in autumn 2024 ( date to follow soon ), we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven project leader. Cuddle Week is an event aimed at creating moments of connection and joy by giving and receiving hugs. As project leader, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of this heart-warming event.
Job tasks and duties
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Planning and organising the activities during Cuddle Week.
- Coordinating volunteers and those involved.
- Maintaining contact with partners, sponsors, and participants.
- Promoting KnuffelWeek through various channels.
- Taking care of the logistical and administrative tasks surrounding the event.
- Evaluating the project and reporting to the board of the foundation.
Job skills and qualities
What we ask:
- Experience in project management or a similar position.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive and flexible attitude.
- Affinity with the objectives of 'Stichting Knuffelkunst'.
- Availability during the preparation period and the CuddleWeek itself.
