Job tasks and duties
Are you looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend your Friday afternoon? Do you have a passion for working with children and love being outdoors? Then we are looking for you!
As a volunteer at the Playground, you will help us give children aged 4 to 12 a great afternoon. The playground is open from April to October (as long as the weather is good). You are also willing to occasionally help out with other activities such as summer holiday activities or National Outdoor Play Day (by arrangement). Your duties will include:
- Placing and tidying up various play equipment.
- Actively participate in games such as football, waveboarding, and ring throwing.
- Interacting with the children and ensuring a safe and enjoyable play environment.
Job skills and qualities
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Affection with children and enjoy being outdoors.
- Reliability and availability at the stated times.
Extra information
A certificate of good conduct (VOG) is part of the procedure.
