We are a small-scale school (max 18 students) aged 4 to 18. At Buitenbasis, there is room to learn your way. The primary school where you play and learn a lot outside in nature, where there is room for attention, (self)confidence, connection with yourself, others and the environment. Contact with animals, animal care, gardening, cooking, playing and learning in nature are a big part of our education.
Job tasks and duties
Every Tuesday morning and/or afternoon (this may also be every other week) you come and visit us at Buitenbasis. We are on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve on 1 hectare of woodland and 0.5 hectare of vegetable garden. Around this are horses, two dogs, chickens and of course fifteen children of different ages. Enormously idyllic, especially with extra hands!
You accompany 1,2, or 3 children each time in the vegetable garden or in the natural park garden/forest.
