Who is joining the editorial team?
We are looking for a successor due to the retirement of an editorial board member.
You will be part of a friendly, informal group of volunteers who do their utmost every month to put together a beautiful neighbourhood newspaper. It is also a fun way to get informed about what is going on in the neighbourhood.
Job tasks and duties
You will mainly perform support activities:
Once a month you will actively participate in the editorial meeting.
These are in principle always on a Thursday from 7pm to 8pm in the MFC on P.C. Hooftlaan.
- You take the minutes and circulate them to the editor.
- You keep track of the incoming mail regarding activities in the neighbourhood and answer it when necessary.

- Once a month, you remind regular mail contacts of the upcoming deadline.
- On average, you will spend an hour a week doing this and you will receive a volunteer allowance.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
- You are able to record the main points of a meeting clearly and concisely in minutes.
- You are able to answer incoming e-mails, where necessary. You will be assisted in this by an experienced editorial board member.
