Job tasks and duties
Volunteers and staff at De Mooiste Routes (DMR) have a heart for beautiful routes: we create them and want to share them with as many people as possible. We have fun making the user enjoy nature to the maximum and we teach them more about the area which provides additional experience.
- You are responsible for and support recruitment and training of route makers and controllers in the region Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe.Through our website and by word of mouth, volunteers sign up with us. You welcome these volunteers (usually by e-mail, sometimes by phone, sometimes with a meeting) and make the person feel at home in the club.
- You yourself are also active in finding and binding volunteers.
- You work closely with the volunteer coordinator.
- You will of course be inducted by the current regional supervisor.
Job skills and qualities
- You enjoy interacting with people and giving them directions.
- You are someone who loves walking or cycling.
- You see a sport in finding and engaging new volunteers.
- You are a team player.
