We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers and are not guided by cultural background, gender identity, religion, orientation or age.
Job tasks and duties
- You and your colleagues will conduct selection interviews with candidates. For this, you plan and invite candidates for an interview.
- With your expertise, you ensure that suitable and motivated volunteers become part of assistance activities.
- In addition, you contribute to the volunteer policy, but you also have the opportunity to get involved in other volunteer activities. An example is actively recruiting new candidates on the volunteer market.
- The position takes an average of four hours a week, but you decide how to allocate this time. Because you make a schedule together with your colleagues, you are not tied to a fixed part of the day either.
Job skills and qualities
In this position, you have a crucial role within our organisation. After all, the Red Cross, Groningen district, cannot do without its volunteers within the relief effort. It is the task of the Selection Team to select the right volunteers and connect them to the Red Cross' relief activities.
The Selection Team is therefore looking for people who already have some experience or knowledge of recruitment and selection and would like to develop further in this field and would like to contribute to the Red Cross.
