Job tasks and duties
At Alétho, participants work on their IT skills, but some would also like to learn other skills, such as playing the piano or guitar. The venue has a keyboard and a guitar that can be used for this purpose.
Job skills and qualities
Affinity with the target group (often people with autism) is important. Participants are normally gifted.
