What is Fair Future Generators?
Fair Future Generators is a climate traineeship, offering young people the chance to learn all the skills and know-how to save the world. Yes really! For 4 months, you will gain work experience 1 day a week. You will get workshops, training weekends and be coached by experts. Become part of Milieudefensie's youth network. And learn all about climate justice!
Fair Future Generators' climate traineeship in a nutshell:
• A bold climate project in your own neighbourhood (>1 day p.w.);
• An inspiring training weekend where you get to know other participants;
• Workshops on climate justice, inclusiveness, campaigning, project planning & more;
• working together in a team;
• (online) inspiration evenings;
• a green network throughout the Netherlands;
• guidance from experts and a personal coach;
• worth €3000,-!
FOR WHO IS FAIR FUTURE GENERATORS?
For young people of all backgrounds, between the ages of 18 and 30 living in the Netherlands. We have projects from Groningen to Middelburg and from the Randstad to the Achterhoek. Would you like to learn more about the global impact of the climate crisis? Then we link you to a project that focuses on Indigenous human rights? Would you like to work outdoors? Then we'll pair you up with a food forest or permaculture garden! You don't need any experience or prior knowledge. We'll train you.
