Group supervisor

The project supervisor is involved in a project from start to finish. This means the following:

• A volunteer group reports in. You contact them and link them to a request for help that has come in through aid agencies.
• You go on a project visit together with the volunteer group's contact person. Here you get acquainted with the aid recipient, make an inventory of what is needed for the project and discuss when the project will take place.
• You process all the data in Presentnet, our registration system, and make sure the volunteers have all the information they need.
• On the project day, you make sure you are the first to arrive at the project site. You welcome the volunteers and take the time to get to know and perhaps reassure the aid recipient together. The tasks are divided and the volunteers can get to work. You make sure you are available to the volunteers throughout the day, but can go home in between.
• At the end of the project day, you return to the project site. You complete the project together with the volunteers and the aid recipient, evaluate and check whether everything went satisfactorily. Farewells are said and that is the end of the project day.
• To round off the project completely, you process some more data in Presentnet and that's it. Another difference has been made in someone's life and you were instrumental in making it happen!
