Job tasks and duties
Are you an enthusiastic, welcoming and caring person who enjoys working with young children and their parents? The Parent&Child Café in Haren is looking for a hostess for Tuesday mornings and Friday mornings from 9:00 to 11:45. As a hostess, you may bring your own child, so you can combine work and care for your child.
As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for parents and children visiting the café. You will ensure a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Your duties will include:
- Greet parents and their children (babies and toddlers)
- Leading activities such as mini disco, reading aloud, crafts, Sensory play and toddler gym
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Listening to the wishes and needs of parents and children
- Contribute to the organisation of new activities (your own input is appreciated)
During school holidays, the café is closed.
