Neighbourhood Concierge

As a neighbourhood concierge, you will make rounds of the neighbourhood several times a week and be the point of contact for residents.

• You will identify problems and imperfections in the public space and ensure the orderly parking of bicycles and mopeds.
• You will inform residents of the problems and imperfections in the public space.
• You inform residents, refer them - if necessary - and report problems to the various organisations.
• Cleaning up small litter and other small repair jobs are part of the work.
• Contacts and consults with residents groups and employees of various organisations working at neighbourhood level is part of the job package.

• You are a good listener and make contact easily.
• You take initiative and provide support where needed.
• You are persistent.
• You are hands-on and like to get your hands dirty.
• You like the work and you know the neighbourhood.
