Boegbeeld is an urban farm run by the Animal Meadows Foundation Groningen. This foundation was set up by De Zijlen, which supports people with mental disabilities. This includes offering day care and work, such as at Boegbeeld.

• In the tearoom, assisting in serving, preparing, clearing away, cleaning and supervising participants.
• In the stables, assisting in taking care of the animals and keeping the stables and yard clean and supervising of participants. 
• Other hands-on services or activities with participants.

• You have an affinity with the target group.
• You are flexible, patient and creative. 
• You see the work ahead and want to get down to business.
• You are honest, reliable and have a neat appearance.
• You are available at least 16 hours a week.
