Job tasks and duties
Do you know your way around digitally? Are you patient and enjoy helping other people? Then we are looking for you! From the premises where neighbourhood and playground association Ons Belang sits, you will help neighbourhood residents of the Oosterpark who are not yet able to get by digitally but would like to learn. A lot of information and services will increasingly be available digitally and we want to prevent people from being excluded. It is important that everyone can participate. This is a collaboration with the RUG and WIJ Oosterparkwijk.
It is tailor-made, but questions from residents may include:
- How do I look something up on the internet?
- How do I apply for a visitor's pass for parking?
- How does Facebook work?
- How does IDEAL payment work?
- How do I skype with my grandson or granddaughter/family?
- What are the possibilities of playing online games?
Job skills and qualities
- We require a few hours a week of your time on Tuesday mornings.
- Experience with the computer and internet is a must.
- You have tact and are a good listener.
