Kitchen worker

To join our kitchen team: assist with all common activities in the kitchen, ranging from baking to cooking for culinary activities, serving, keeping the kitchen clean and working hygienically. Possibly supervise less independently working people and trainees. Regularly assisting with culinary activities and workshops on an evening or weekend.

We are looking for a volunteer who:

• Enthusiastic about the vision and objective of Place the World.
• Experience in the kitchen.
• Passion and interest in natural, sustainable food and world cuisine.
• Can work orderly and neatly with an eye for hygiene and agreed procedures.
• Able to function independently and take initiative.
• Able to work at least half a day per week and possibly on call.

We are looking for a kitchen prince or princess to join our team. Processing proceeds from the garden, or produce on offer will be processed by our kitchen team into fine, natural products for sale in our shop.
