Job tasks and duties
As an employee of local reinforcement, you will pick up signals from the country and translate them into actions in the towns/villages in the province Groningen. You will do this together with the other members of the group.
So if, for example, there is an issue around new laws (e.g. the Care and Compulsion Act), this will also affect those target groups we represent in our province. You enjoy figuring things out and working together.
Job skills and qualities
Intention, commitment and desire to be meaningful to the groups that are often forgotten is important to us.
You will be given plenty of opportunities and guidance to develop yourself.
