Job tasks and duties
For various departments in the UMCG, we are looking for enthusiastic hostesses and hosts (on a voluntary basis and hours to be discussed). As a host/hostess, you are the face for patients and visitors in the UMCG. You receive them hospitably and answer all kinds of questions. You will also offer them coffee and tea and ensure that the waiting rooms look presentable.
Job skills and qualities
If you have a heart for healthcare and love dealing with people, then we are looking for you!
You:
- Recognize yourself as an open, enthusiastic and hospitable person and have a presentable appearance.
- Have a great sense of responsibility and can react calmly and act tactfully in difficult situations.
- Have a good command of the Dutch language.
- Wants and can commit for a longer period of time.
- Are available for at least two half-days a week (you will be deployed 1 half-day per week: 8:30-12:00 or 12:30-16:00).
- Have some experience in and affinity with healthcare.
