Job tasks and duties
Have you always wanted to participate in a sports program? Are you known as a sports expert and would rather not talk about anything else? Are you interested in journalism and can you see yourself working as a sports reporter or presenter on the sports programme of the city of Groningen? OOG Sport is Groningen's local sports programme and can be listened to every Sunday afternoon between 14:00 and 17:00. Here you will hear live reports, interviews and coverage of every sport you can think of. From football to handball, from chess to ice hockey, martial arts and rugby: you name it, it will be covered on OOG Sport.
Work:
- Presenting the programme.
- Covering sports matches.
- Interviewing.
- Compiling programme.
- Editorial work.
- Making and maintaining contacts with sports stakeholders.
Job skills and qualities
- Affinity with sports.
- Communicative skills and a team player.
- Stress resistant, accurate and eager to learn.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
