Job tasks and duties
You will first rotate into the team; during induction you will get to know your colleagues and the work. You will then join the checkout team. The more you can do, the more we will ask you to do (if you like it, that is).
- You will operate the cash register.
- Speak to customers.
- Helps with pricing of items.
- Assists in filling the shop.
- Helps clean the shop.
Job skills and qualities
Ethusiastic volunteers who would like to (learn how to) work in a customer-oriented way are required.
- Have a customer-friendly attitude?
- Can you recognise and value saleable items?
- Can you do some maths and operate the cash register?

Extra information
We look at what you want to grow towards during an introductory meeting, what the situation is in which you are and what you need. We are looking for someone in a volunteer who, after a short familiarisation period, will quickly be able to work independently and strengthen the team.
If it becomes clear during the introduction that there is a need for guidance for which we can apply for WMO indication, we will gladly discuss the possibility of investigating this and how this could be done. With a WMO indication, we can pay more attention to guidance, and perhaps make your workplace more suitable. Ultimately, it is about everyone being able to work happily together in our beautiful company.
