Job tasks and duties
Forum Groningen is looking for enthusiastic hostesses and hosts (on a voluntary basis and hours to be agreed upon). As a hostess/host, you will be the face for our visitors.
- You receive them hospitably and answer all kinds of questions.
- You assist them with the lending machines, printers and computers and our online catalogue.
- You help process books, assist with all kinds of activities and make sure the neighbourhood branch looks presentable.
Minimum education level: lbo/mavo/vmbo
Job skills and qualities
We are looking for someone who connects easily, is flexible, has digital skills, can work independently and enjoys dealing with people.
