Letting people with disabilities participate in sports where participating (being in motion) is more important. Then there is the possibility of the swimmer participating in swimming competitions. These competitions involve the various regions of de Brug in the province of Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland. You can come along as a supervisor.
Job tasks and duties
Annual provincial swimming competitions take place. There is participation in the Special Olympics Netherlands at national level. Occasional international Special Olympics are also entered. Swimming takes place throughout the season with the exception of school holidays. Swimming takes place on Tuesday evenings from 18:30 to 20:00. Swimmers arrive and leave again by taxi transport. You should be present from 6.15pm to 8pm.
Minimum education level: mbo
Job skills and qualities
You must have some affinity with the target audience.
Extra information
The new swimming season starts in the 2nd week of September.
If you are required to do an internship from your studies, you are most welcome.
