Job tasks and duties
Do you make sure there is always enough stuff for Mamamini to sell? Do you like driving, being on the road and the freedom that comes with it? And do you know how to manoeuvre our buses through the narrow streets of Groningen and its surroundings? Then perhaps working as a driver at Mamamini is something for you!
- A driver in the transport department will drive Mamamini buses to pick up donated items or deliver purchased items to our customers.
- You are on the road together with a co-driver.
Job skills and qualities
- As a driver, you will be the point of contact for our donors and customers.
- A good dose of customer-friendliness is therefore necessary.
- In addition, you can cope well with changing and unexpected situations.
- You handle goods with care.
- You have logistical insight and some street knowledge.
- A good command of the Dutch language is necessary for this position.
- And most important: To drive on our buses, you need driving licence B or BE.
- Before you can start working as a driver, you will first spend some time driving as a co-driver on our buses.
